Today, Emsense was awarded one of the 50 most sustainable startups in the Mobility segment by the European Startup Prize for Mobility at the ChangeNOW expo in Paris.

This year's selection is the result of a rigorous evaluation process conducted by nearly 100 independent experts from across Europe, representing diverse fields such as mobility innovation, investment, policy, and sustainabiliyt. These experts reviewed hundres of applications to identify the 50 most promising European mobility startups driving the transition to cleaner, smarter and more inclusive transport.

In the first three months of 2025, Emsense has:

• Signed 5+ new NDAs with various partners

• Initiated a partner project with a leading connectivity partner for connected vehicles

• Initiated a partner project with a global Automotive Tier 1 supplier

• Initiated a partner project with a major Healthtech supplier

• Initiated a partner project with a major car manufacturer and another corporation for a Sensor Fusion collaboration

• Continued work with existing partners in a good way

This has been an amazing first quarter from a customer acquisition point of view, and we stick to our goal of reaching commercialization before the end of the year.

Winning the challenge gives Emsense access to 100,000 EUR to continue the ongoing collaborations in the Italian mobility ecosystem.

Emsense is a collaborative partner to Software Republique for the U1st Vision project - a decentralized, remote and mobile health care center, taking on the challenges of "medical deserts" to give access to healthcare virtually anywhere in the world.

U1st vision health pop uses the latest innovative technology to allow close to 85% of medical tests to be completed in situ.  Advanced AI analysis and interconnectivity enables the rapid presentation of results, allowing doctors and specialists to make medically precise and efficient diagnosis.

The Software République is defined as an open innovation ecosystem dedicated to intelligent, secure, and sustainable mobility. It was created in April 2021 by six founding members: Dassault Systèmes, Eviden, Orange, Renault Group, STMicroelectronics and Thales.

Emsense has received a grant from Vinnova for a project looking at equality in protective features in vehicles.

Today, it was revealed that Emsense AB has become a portfolio company to Plug and Play Tech center through investment in Emsense via Italian accelerator "Motor Valley Accelerator" where Emsense joined as a startup in "Batch 3".

Today, Emsense founded its subsidiary, Emsense Italy s.r.l. to meet the increased interest from the Italian automotive market. 

Emsense is happy to announce that we will attend this year's NAIAS Detroit Auto Show during the 14-15th September at Automobili-D. Meet us by our booth to discuss health monitoring and check out a demonstration of the technology.

Emsense has received an initial work package order from a global supplier to the automotive industry.

The customer is a Global Fortune 500 company. This order is an important milestone for Emsense.

Today, the collaboration hub MobilityXlab announced the twelve startups selected to create and develop new innovations within future mobility together with six of Sweden's largest industrial companies. We are thrilled to have been selected to collaborate within MobilityXlab.

Emsense AB has been granted 455,000 SEK from Vinnova to lead a feasibility study on post-crash monitoring. The feasibility study is ongoing from November 2020 to May 2021.
